FDCPA: Debt validation rights enforced, no discrimination based on ITIN status.

TSR: No advance fees per 16 CFR §310.4(a)(2). CFPB Regulation V and F procedures followed.

Identity Theft Policy: We do not collect immigration status. ITIN used solely for credit bureau communication.
