Identity Theft Document Submission Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE

RJ Business Solutions does NOT file, prepare, coach, or advise on FTC Identity Theft Reports, police reports, sex trafficking victim claims, or any victim-status filings under FCRA §605B or §605C.

CLIENT WAIVER REQUIREMENTS

Clients who independently file identity theft documents may submit them to RJ Business Solutions for inclusion in dispute packages. By doing so, the client certifies:

  • 1. The documents were filed independently without coaching, preparation, or advice from RJ Business Solutions.
  • 2. All claims within the documents are truthful and accurate.
  • 3. Violations of 18 U.S.C. §1028 (fraud) and §1001 (false statements) will be reported to federal authorities.
  • 4. Full indemnification of RJ Business Solutions from any liability arising from the submitted documents.
