Credit Repair Organizations Act — 15 U.S.C. § 1679
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, you are not required to purchase any goods or services in order to exercise this right.
You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days.
The one-time audit fee ($99, $149, or $199 depending on plan) covers the completed forensic credit analysis only. Monthly plan fees are charged ONLY in months where verifiable progress is documented (deletions, corrections, or score improvements). No progress = no charge.
All services include a 90-day money-back guarantee. If we cannot show a single verified improvement within 90 days, all plan fees are refunded.
